At AIRKARTO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
