At AIRKARTO, we are committed to providing high-quality air conditioning products. For your peace of mind, all eligible products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Defects in workmanship under normal residential use

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters or other external causes

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, AIRKARTO will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace it with the same or a comparable product; or
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
